yeah intestine growth is my biggest concern, want to keep the waist under control. Think i'll just follow your reccomendation of 50mcg for 4 weeks. do you have any preference on doing it pre or post workout?I don't think anyone needs more than 50mcg LR3. It's definitely better to do e.g. 4 "cycles" 4 weeks ON 4 weeks OFF of 50mcg/day than e.g. one 4 week 200mcg because in the second case the muscles won't be able to "accommodate" such a high level of IGF, a large part of it will go to e.g. receptors in the intestines and increase their size
