Igf1-lr3

How long after the injection do you guys notice the blood glucose drop?

Obviously it'll be more rapid if done IM than subq

I did 100mcg subq and about 7 hours later I'm starting to feel a mild hypoglycemia onset. Blood sugar is only 78ng/dl so it's not too bad, not sweating profusely or having mild dizziness just yet, but definitely a little bit of a "funny" feeling going on. Will just add a little carbs (which i hate doing at night) and I'll be fine.

Carbs at around 600g today, so not terribly low, also did 10iu slin pre and post workout, but I did the post workout shot IM about 9 hours ago so it's already cleared my system--which kind of just reinforces the belief that IGF1-LR3 does have a significant effect on dropping blood glucose

I think DES is better than IGF1LR3. It is more favorable for tolerance.

Yeah its interesting because real igf1 affects lipolysis (mobilizes and burns free fatty acids, increases insulin sensitivity, increase glucose uptake and nutrients partitioning) as well as increased MPS (muscle protein synthesis), then drops blood glucose as well

If you find legit lr3 that could make it very interesting having gh slin + igf1 working in tandem.

Do you have to keep the fats low or to trace amounts for a while after administration, or does it not matter like it would with insulin
That was a very common stack during my competition years. I followed Gavin kanes protocol and enjoyed it. I used,

20iu gh + 15iu slin + 100mcg igf post workout 3x per week. I threw peg mgf in on my off days.

Use to love this stack, I didn’t get intestinal grow.

I also like combine DES with lr3. Real lr3 is quite expensive 1mg is about 40% more than 100iu gh in terms of price but DES is ridiculously cheap so I use both. The current exact protocol is:
- 10iu gh
- after about 15 minutes I eat a pre-workout meal with 15iu novorapid about 1.5 hours before the workout
- about 20 minutes before the workout 20g carbs from rice cakes and jam + 600mg L-carnitine inj.
- immediately before the workout 200mcg DES and 20g carbs + 20g EAA intra
- immediately after the workout 50mcg LR3
- I go home and eat a post-workout meal again giving 15iu novorapid

Blood sugar when I come home is never over 60 after IGF and without it usually around 75-80
200mcg des total or 200mcg des in each muscle trained?
 
Usually DES is local as it is supposed to grow the local muscle - hello big biceps

LR3 is supposed to be systematic not local but hey I still shoot it local along with DES when I am doing the old shotgun approach lol

How’d your first run with lr3 go sector? Get some decent lean growth?
I enjoyed it. Hard to really attribute growth specifically to lr3 as there was a lot of variables but it definitely gave good fullness and pumps and a little bit of recomp effects.

I can kind of want to try IGF-DES next though. If I’m being honest I wasn’t overly impressed with lr3, just feel like you’d get better bang for your buck with a higher dose of generic GH so idk if I’ll run it again anytime soon, but it was a fun experiment

And it was real HPLC tested lr3, not some bunk stuff. Still though, rather just run higher gh or maybe try DES next

Thanks for feedback. Last time I ran it was probably ten years ago or so and mostly just got bloated. My diet sucked and who knows how legit my lr3 was.

Ever since then have kinda wrote it off, but have gained some interest again as my diets much cleaner. Plus from reading these post of guys using it twice a day and at different doses than the usual 50mcg a day etc. Plus these days I also have TP black tops consistently in use. So can’t help but have gained an interest again. Anyways, again thanks for feedback 👍
 
To add weight to this post for anyone who doesn't know me we sell HGH and MK-677 etc. We don't sell LR3 and never have. I have posted this view multiple times over the last 5 years or so. I always post I know many think HGH is magical and one of the best (if not the best) drug they use for bodybuilding. I rate HGH and it is incredible for some people but I get such bad side effects from it I barely ever use it and have posted about this many times. It also doesn't do anything crazy to my physique either and I have used great HGH. I have always liked LR3 more than HGH and have experimented with it sparingly over the years and would order it from random places.

As posted LR3 is faked a lot. However, it's also one of the best things I have ever used and I used to transform using it. I plan to use it soon because my goal is body recomposition and that is where it truly shines. It's also not very expensive and you can get good product for relatively cheap. Geno got some awhile back and tested it and the purity was low so we never sold it. Now we have a great source for it and I am excited to try it out and see how it compares to products I have used in the past. I have posted about multiple random brands over the years and my findings with them and it was mixed.

For me LR3 is like a super GDA and you will get fuller and leaner as long as everything else is in place. Dose is individual but I used to like dosing it at 50-100mcg EOD for 1 month but dosing it daily (or multiple times daily) is great as well. 100mcg of good LR3 could hit you like a brick wall so be careful with it and start at 30-50mcg and move up over time if you plan to use a higher dose. I would recommend dosing it post workout with a large protein/carb meal. Some of you guys take so much stuff though (especially around training) it's gonna be hard to decipher what is doing what but I guess it's only going to help when combined with 13.33iu gh and 20iu slin.

I just noticed this thread again and went back to my old post. I posted the same for many years and Geno finally started stocking it. I have only used 1 vial and wasn't blown away but I will be using more soon with everything in place.

Are you still of the opinion that lr3 degradates quite fast after reconstitution? How long do you think it can keep its potency?

Lately I’ve been digging into this topic a lot, and from what I found, IGF-LR3 has a bit longer stability after reconstitution. It can last up to 30 days if it’s mixed with bacteriostatic water and kept in good condition.
But DES has a much shorter shelf life. It’s really only good for around 15 days max after mixing. So if we want to use it properly within 2 weeks, the daily doses would have to be quite high. Most of the time DES comes in 5 mg vials, so if we train 5 times a week, that means we would need to use around 500 mcg per day — otherwise, a lot of it would just go to waste.

In that case buying 1mg vials of lr3 would not be an issue. Still I don't understand how some sources have 1mg vial (tested by Jano) per 30€ and others 10X100mcg per 300€.. Something wrong is not right 😅

those for 30 are definitely not real lr3 - real lr3 is more expensive than gh
