Lately I’ve been digging into this topic a lot, and from what I found, IGF-LR3 has a bit longer stability after reconstitution. It can last up to 30 days if it’s mixed with bacteriostatic water and kept in good condition.
But DES has a much shorter shelf life. It’s really only good for around 15 days max after mixing. So if we want to use it properly within 2 weeks, the daily doses would have to be quite high. Most of the time DES comes in 5 mg vials, so if we train 5 times a week, that means we would need to use around 500 mcg per day — otherwise, a lot of it would just go to waste.
