IGF1 on offdays?

I am ready to start my IGF , I haven't used IGF in 10 years , I want to start next week, now my I am going to start with 40 mcgs post workout. My question is , Do I use it on my off days or only on workout days? and also How many gms of carbohydrates do you guys recommend I ingest with IGF? Thanks , a prompt response would be greatly appreciated . God bless you brothers.

Before i used to pin 50mcg post/workout days only. I trained 5x/week. So thats 250mcg/week.

Now i pin 20mcg/ED. Even on non-workout day & find i get better results. This is my new experiment & i'm 9 weeks in without any receptor degrading.
I find the results to be better.

When it comes to IGF i think less is better.

I'm currently experimenting Datbtrue & dave palumbo's method that if u take less u will get less receptor degrading which allows u to run longer. Moreover, they believe that taking more will not give u better results but will degrade your receptor faster.

I'm starting to believe them.

nice, good to know. so i guess i will keep my dosing at 20mcg per day too and see how long i can run that. with amino outpost, having a 2mg vial, how long is that good for in the fridge once i add the AA? can i really keep it in there for 100 days???
 
I also got the 2mg IGF from Aminooutpost.

U'll be fine. 100 days should be alright with AA.
 
I ordered the 2mg vial too, amino said with aa it will be good for awhile.
 
What about carb consumption guys?As far as I remember, we used to take carbs right after administration, Is that right?

I use it pre wo....it's going to have an insulin like affect (hence the name) so I would make sure to have a moderate carb and protein meal am hour or two before (maybe 50/50) and hit a shake during ur workout if usin it than....(30-50g c and 30-50g protein)
 
I never ever get the hypo feeling everyone is talking about.

Even before in the past when i was using 50mcg i did not get any hypo.
But if u do i suggess some carbs.
50g of carbs is a safe bet.
