IIFYM people seem to love their pop tarts...I never got it. If I could eat anything I wanted, pop tarts would very rarely top the list. But hey, different strokes for different folks

There is actually a short article that went up on the Mountain Dog Express site recently that looks at two studies comparing food choices...

Interesting to check out but the studies themselves don't tell the whole story being that their duration was so short.
