When you have an enlarged heart you have to be very careful with your blood pressure and pulse because a large heart easily goes into arrhythmia and when it happens it’s a straight road to a heart attack

I actually saw this on the news last night on CBS. Can’t remember if it was rational or the local. They had to make it a point that he ate 5 pounds of steak/red meat a day
