Ive been training for the last 11 years or so..im 27, been juicing since 20..done 2 shows since i was 23 (at 5'9 163 but bone dry)...and since my last show ive done 3 bulk cycles...with legit gear using dosages up to 1800mgs for 6-8 weeks...and i cant seem to gain any more size =(...i just did my last cycle (got up to 223 at 12%) and noticed i got really pumped and veiny on cycle...very full..but when i dieted down a bit afterwards (on juice of course)...in my journal i noticed at the same bodyfat i was be4 cycle..i was at the SAME WEIGHT...what gives? Do i need to up the dosages to 2+ grams of gear and sacrifice my health even more like these high level competitors? My genetics arent that good but ive done all i can...maybe i should just stay shredded and enjoy life without competing? What do u guys think?
 
goood work on the 60 plus pounds youve gsained.. but "needing" 1800mg to hit 220lb???? id say... do you train more than 3 days per week?? do you ever have downtime from heavy training? ie every 4-8wks? how many grams protein per day? calories? oh and how is your blood work?

2g+ just to break 220lb??? i dont think many here would support that plan...

no, you need to switch up your training. I have a 50 year old training partner that has been training since he was 16 years old ... he hit 2 life time PRs last training session ... he's also natural. Drugs aren't the answer. Work harder. stretch the fascia. Take a year off of bodybuilding and get on a powerlifting routine. hire Phil ... that seems to be working for almost everyone.

Diet or training might be the culprit. I would put money on diet.
 
i train 4 days a week usually...mon-wed and friday..weekends off. Diet is very clean during the week...oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, lean chicken, turkey, tuna protein powder etc, on the weeknds i usually just eat whatever i want (go out to restuarants etc)...im a competitor and ive gotten down to a true 5% a couple times so i know diet like a fat kid knows junkfood..LOL.
And training isnt it...i train harder than anyone i know...and thats the honest truth...i really do put my heart into it...i dont let the drugs do the work lot alot of guys...it's all about the combination of diet, training, drugs, sleep, etc.

My drug regime though is a little different than most...i usually take 250mgs test 250 deca in my "off" cycle and during a cycle its 800 test 800 deca and maybe 30-40mgs dbol, on average. ive come off a year ago..for 2 months...but all that happened was i gained alot of bodyfat (took awhile for natural test to come back) and i was very discouraged, even though i did continue to train 4 times a week and eat reasonably clean. Im thinking ill just lean down to 5-7% and stay there and maintain on low doses...i usually feel my best when im real lean...what do u guys think?
 
my advice, dont focus on what cant be done, but work towards what can. I'd try to be the baddest middleweight I could. Quit thinking of just a # you think you should be at, I've seen guys in their 160's before who shocked me
 
If you take 800mg of deca and test, its many too much. I prepare one of my friends and his wheight is 190lbs for 1m72( with 8% of bodyfat) and he take only 250mg of test and 250mg of deca on 10 days and only 10 mg of Dianabol. He continue to progres when he was totally off gear and on because the first thing i do when i'm looking to get him bigger is to change his training ( heavy, light, Dog crapp, FST 7 .....) and it's work. And in last i look in his gear take. Personnaly i going to go under the guidance of phil in the middle of year for sure. For 250Dollars you gonna don't loose your money.

For me 250 to 500 mg of test 400 mg of deca is all what you need. You can add for exemple 200-400 of equipoise that gonna simulate your appetite so you can increase your food intake. Many things can be do.

More gear you take more sides effects you get. Sides effects are negatif for muscle growth !!!!!!! if you feel bad, you can't train hard as when you're mind is clean !!! that's the hardest part because you must be honest with yourself !! most of BB aren't.

Don't go on gear steroids year around, what about your receptors !!! can they recovery ??? when you will go off take hgh instead steroids so it's help to maintain your muscle size 2-3 units per day are more than sufficient or take igf1.

For gear MORE WILL NOT SAY BETTER, MORE SIDE EFFECTS, LESS MUSCLE GROWTH
 
For the information i gain 132lbs in 14 years of practise. My height is 1M77. My actuel weight 220lbs
 
if yuo taking 250mg each test/deca when "off" perhaps the unhelpful hoormones never get a chance to reduce....

500mg a week is still kinda "on"?????
 
500mg is "ON" for me. maybe take some time off from the drugs and focus on training and diet and make gains then go back to the help.
 
ive went totally "off" before but just gained alot of bodyfat even with lower calories and clean eating (took awhile to recover so had lower than normal test levels for 6 weeks)...it put me back 2 steps...and i had to diet on drugs for 4+ months just to get back to how i was be4 when i went off...so i cant do that as an option...
 
just change your caloric intake, change you workout completely, change you supplements, make a change somewhere and you may have to gain a lil bodyfat and you could explode in size, but when you stall its time for a major change somewhere, but dex didnt weigh very much more than you so dont look at the scale use a tape measure and a log book maybe? just ideas though
 
true..it is about how u look as opposed to scale weight..and i do feel like i got a bit thicker in areas like calves/chest/back...so..think im gunna get ripped up to see what i have to work with easier...and just stay lean and do bulk cycles once or twice a year...but stay lean...i look bigger when im leaner anyway:)
 
i would take a break and look into hiring someone to help you if your serious about improving.
 
Why are you not using peptids bro, if you are using that dose of gear without coming off you must take this sport pretty serious.

I would say less anabolics more GH is the way foward.

"off" for 6wks aint off... did you control shbg, cortisol, estro.. adjust diert and training correctly??? i believe by staying on all the time and insisting on staying ripped youll not progress much in the near future.... thats alot of gear and moneyto waste on small gains IMHO..

you could stay on half that and stay the same..perhaps.... it all depends on your priorities.... whats most important, being ripped year round or growing larger ?????

I decided on a plan...in the immediate future i will diet down and get shredded...possibly do another show to see where im at...

THEN...i will take 12 weeks off...COMPLETELY off...clean out...do a strong PCT...go on HGH at 4-6iu's...eat very clean and do cardio...and reduce my cheat days on the weekend from 2...to just sundays...i expect ill probably gain some fat regrdless, being totally natural...but it shouldnt be too bad...i expect to keep most of my gains..i know in the past being natural i did gain a little fat..but i didnt really loose any size the first 2-3 months i was off...

THEN after 3 months off and with my receptors fresh.. ill do a bulk cycle..for 8-10 weeks..then diet down into a contest for 12 weeks...rest 3 months..completely off...rinse and repeat..

How does this sound? I should of thought of this earlier *knocks himself on head*

never too late to learn..right?:)
