Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself. I hope that I have put this in the correct place. If not please let me know where this should be and move it if need be .
Anyway I'm a non-competitive BB and hope to compete someday.
I'm 28 , 29 this January. I have been lifting for 5 years. Maybe more Im not sure. I have always been very athletic .
I had a lot happen in my life about A year ago which lead to some major depression. I stopped working out for 9 months.
I have been back in the gym for around 4 months and have made a major turn around with my body.
Currently My Stats are
28 yrs old
220 pounds
6'1
BF 15% (estimate)
LIFTS SINCE COMMING BACK
Bench has come up from 225 4reps to 315 for 4reps
Deadlift has come from a 405 max to 495 max.
Curls DB were done strictly with 40's and now maxed at 60 pound DB's during a set.
I just wanted to stop in and say HI to everyone . I hope to continue to saturate my brain with as much knowledge as I can , Aswell as contribute in anyway possible.
