I'm having a tumor being removed and haven't exercised since the middle of December

I went from 180 at 5'4 ripped to 260 pounds of fat .
I can barely breath it looks like I'm 9 months pregnant and also came off due to my pre op blood work is finally coming
My natural test levels are 6- yes I said 6 so I haven't came off got many years
I feel like a fat piece of shit
I will do a before and after picture once i start training and Lose my keg .
I can't wait for this to be done I'm not sure why they need to remove it since its benign!!!

Get better and you will soon be back. I had an illness that had the same resulting fatness and unfit. Once better it's taken 9 months to get back into shape. Food diet and hard training and you will get there

I'm not worried a always get ripped pretty fast but the problem now is I have extra skin when I get really lean

Usually when a doctor wants to remove a benign tumor, he/she is doing so because there is a chance that the growth could become malignant later on. It's a precautionary measure. The surgery is very inevasive depending on the size and depth, and you will be back in the gym in no time.

When you lose the weight....if you use HGH or Tren, the high levels of igf-1 will tighten that loose skin back up.
