So I am in the gym this AM.....just finished my cardio. I decide to stretch out the chest thats a bit sore by doing a few light reps.. Someone had left 275 racked on my favorite flatbench. I proceed to unrack the barbell down to 135......however at this point I am preoccupied by looking at myself in the mirror as I unrack. Forgetting the fact that there is a 25 lb plate in front of the 45 lb plate I am taking off, the 25 lb drops off the barbell and right onto my fucking ANKLE!!!!!!!
Just had to rant....... feeling like an arrogant idiot!
