In my case it's diet. The only place I hold fat is my lower abdominal region around to my love handles. It's always been like this for me. I have never really hammered down on a strick diet, but that is my plan for next year.

^^^^ thank you, I just got the hemo checked and I'm at 46 right now so I'm good there and all else on bloods were good except elevated liver values that I will be getting rechecked at the end of the month. I won't be working out before the test so I'm hoping they go down and I'm also running tudca to help.

When I get back in the gym from surgery. I'm gonna do a bulk on some nice HG sus,I picked up from a good sponsor, with some npp and dbol kick start, for 10 wks. Cruise for 6 to 8 weeks then try and then run eq, cyp and var. this is when I will cut.

Right now since I'm out of the gym I'm doing low carb with cardio to shed some fat before I bulk.

I'd like to ask the same question I'm currently bulking off what was the leanest I've ever been and my size to "fat" gain ratio isn't making this go well.
