SLEEP !!! not a truer word said, sleep is probably the best thing hands down.

If I seriously get less than 6hrs, even one night, i get a mild cold or something the next day.

Also when your fighting a cold/flu Injecting 1000mcg b12 1-2x per day helps. Syntheteks is awesome b/c its so long lasting.

whey protein, and a positive attitude

Just to touch on that, whey protein has lots of immunoglobins and immune supporting factors in it.

I always make sure to use a high quality whey protein that is Cold Filtered, so as to preserve these factors.

I used to take colustrum a bit, but basically stopped since I felt I was getting enough from my whey protein.

Well I'll say this much, when I get good, deep, quality sleep... I can eat like crap and abuse the hell out of my body and I'll never get sick... supplements make no difference.

On the other hand if my sleep is off, even if I treat my body really well and take the best supplements, I still feel like crap all day.

Unfortunately a lot of us have a hard time getting a true good nights rest, but I do believe it's THE answer to a good immune system, and it's free (well, unless you need ZMA, Ambien and other things to accomplish it)
