I was going to post this in the HRT forum, but as some of it pertains to general hormones and things in addition to HRT, I'm asking here.
1. Doctor is focused on getting free test between 20-30 (mid 20s to 30 optimal) and says that even if total test increased it may not cause a change in how you feel, libido, etc. I know free is what it's available for use, but does the above make sense- free will directly affect libido, energy, mood, and gain.
2. I was recommended twice a week injections because of the value of my SHBG. I was happy I didn't even have to ask, but surprised when the doctor did the value of your SHBG will determine optimal injection frequency. Do you guys factor similar in addition to ester length for injection frequency?
3. If you blast while on HRT, does your libido improvement get trashed going back to HRT level after the blast (you lose the benefit seen going non -hrt to hrt), or does it balance back out and hrt is still positive on libido?
4. Does hrt actually bring decent recomposition on its own with diet and exercise on point where they may have been difficulty before?
Thanks.
