Important elements to keep face chiseled

Body fat, estrogen, blood pressure (especially fluid retention or bottom number), inflammation from diet, certain compounds (anadrol obviously but winstrol can keep your face full even when really lean (why some women like it in contest prep). If you hold fat in your face easily then it won't get chiseled until you reach a certain body fat especially on younger guys.
 
I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

By the third sentence, I picked up on it, but real talk I was gonna tell him that he should probably stop doing all that, reduce use of an exfoliant to once a week if ever, invest in a spf containing moisturizer, and more or less take a hands off approach to facial skin

Few reasons -
Food allergies. Certain foods can cause facial swelling more than others
High cortisol
High estrogen
Lack of jaw muscle development - Start mewing
You may have to get extremely lean as in shredded to shrink thee face
Swollen lymphs
General sinusitis and congestion
Genetics
Water retention due to sodium
 
Very easy, keeping e2 in check is a bitch
incorrect. E2 is healthy for the heart, prostate, and a feel good sex hormone. The avg pubescent male teenager's E2 runs 75-105 but you dont see them running around like a water balloon. Just keep your diet in check.
I get moon face when i slack. When im on point moon face disappears. My E2 on my last labs was in the 150s and I can see ab veins. From a health perspective higher E2 is more protective for your heart, overall health, and prostate which we as BB'ers all need to keep an eye on.

You guys can rip me apart for this but I have been in the HRT field for many years and were talking legit HRT not BB with a script. I have undergone hundreds of hrs of training (if not thousands with experts) and E2 is very misunderstood. Im not saying high e2 wont effect someone climbing on stage. I cant answer that from a competitve side of thigns but i can say you can be shredded with high E2 and remain much healhtier than if you suppress it.

Boron

Iron
.....this is gonna be a very long list if I keep going.
