I am looking for ways to improve footwork for things such as wrestling, boxing and dancing. I know jumprope is one of the ways, but im running out of footwork patterns i can do (for boxing). I also have people im training for these aspects as well.
Any drills other than jump rope that will improve footwork and make you lighter on your feet?
What are some good jump rope drills to improve this as well?
