Hey guys,
I know there are people who recommend going <100g carbs on off days to try and improve insulin sensitivity. However, is the carb amount a relative amount?
For example, I already do very well with carbs and my daily intake on training days are around 380g and increasing as I'm slowly adding food coming out of a diet phase. Because I do so well with carbs, on my off-days do I still have to stay below 100 grams of carbs or can it be increased to 150-200g carbs and still get that improved insulin sensitivity effect?
I know it's something that I will have to judge based on my own progress but wanted to see your thoughts on this
