I have been running
Test P 100mg/eod
Masteron 100mg/eod
HGH 4iu/day
Clen/T3

for the past 8 weeks i just dropped the clen and t3 but not sure what to do now. This is intended to be a cutting cycle but due to some injuries(a herniated disc) I havent been able to do my cardio and workout the way I need to, so I havent been able to strip the fat off like I had hoped. I love the cycle though my weight has stayed the same throughout, strength has went way up, and I have lost some bodyfat. I don't know where to go from here I dont want to be on for a long extended period of time, but I dont want to come off while im in the process of cutting. Any suggestions?
 
can you walk for cardio?

Had a herniated disk (l-5 S-1) and the doc told me that walking was actually good for it (lubricates the disc). Maybe with some inclines to get the heartrate up?
 
eat better? haha thanks for the advice!! yea I do what I can. I walk on an incline 2x/day sometimes 30 min sessions. but sometimes just hurts to bad and I cant. im not asking on diet or training advice but what to do with my cycle and what would be the best way to go about it. I guess im just stuck with a longer cycle.
 
personally man, if you have a herniated disc i would probably end my cycle short. when you are on you need to be pushing youserlf 110%, why stay on when you are maybe 75%?

I would stay on the GH and clen though. Just my opinion. :cool:

if it was me, i'd do the same. end the AAS and do the GH. i dont do clen, i like ECA. safer and works just as well for me.

walking always helps my back, just dont do too much of an incline when walking, that tends to tighten me right back up

how'd you hurt yourself?
 
just repetive stress over time i guess. My back and legs are really strong so i can move some weight and i guess my back just couldnt take it anymore.
