So this may not work for everyone but I have essentially unlimited monetary resources.... A few years ago I went to an actual nutritionist with all of my prep diets, stage shots, weekly check ins, and old telly pics I sent dames (essentially daily pictures) and daily journal entries as well as notes from every workout from every prep I've done with every coach. We examined them all over the course of 3 sessions on a work out by work out basis on how I felt how I looked etc and where I ended up. It was wicked. Anyways she explained to me why/how I ended up how I did every time and she actually is going to be ultimately in charge of my nutrition and hopefully working with my coach for my next prep. It is unbelievable how in depth she was able to explain how we got the visual effects we did w/ my physique, and actually recommended better food items and products for those purposes. I eat more balanced in off season and my metabolism is always roaring. She actually is able to go off biomarkers from a cgm I've been wearing for the last 4 months. to my surprise she was absolutely cool about my goals etc even though they weren't really healthy per say and she was absolutely fascinated about actually seeing the effects of Pharma on metabolism first hand. She says it "blows theo sky high Bebey".
