I rarely post anymore, but I had to say something about these photos. You're never sloppy looking even in the off season and you're always making improvements. People should take notes on how you're doing things at YOUR pace. It's paying off in spades. Sick stuff man. Keep it up.

Someone ask me what my training looked like...well here is what I did the other day for chest, triceps -

Floor presses - 3 warm up sets, then one all out work set
Incline Dumbbell Presses - One all out set
Flat Bench Press - burn out set
Cable crossover - burn out set
Close grip Dips - 4 sets of 25 reps, slow and controlled, emphasis on triceps
- 15 minutes of the bike

Obviously, this is not my workout every time for chest, triceps...But I was pressed for time and decided to keep the volume a lot lower that day.

For back I did a bit more volume, here is what that looked like -
Wide Grip pulldowns - 4 sets
Bent Over Row - 3 sets
Cable Row - 3 sets
Hammer Pulldown close grip - 3 sets
Machine close grip row - 3 sets

* Like I said some weeks, I add drop sets, some weeks rest pause sets, but I usually choose one lift that is progressive from week to week. For 12 weeks I did a 4 day split, beat the log book type of training...as of recent I have been a bit more instinctive, so the workouts above are have been more of feel, but I have been going 5 times per week now, hitting back twice - one day lower volume, one day higher volume.

What I did for the longest time was 6 weeks HIT training followed by 4 weeks superset or dropset training = 10 weeks. Blast/Cruise Training!

I thought about hitting John Meadows up again for 12 weeks of hell training because I love what it did for me when i did the first time.

It has a been a year of blasting and cruising with my training. Enjoying my instinctiveness to shake things up. Usually looks like this...as of recently, but not stapled down to this split.

Monday: OFF
Tuesday: Chest/Biceps
Wednesday: Back/Triceps
Thursday: Legs (HIGH VOLUME)
Friday: OFF
Saturday: Back (I may toss in a superset of chest exercise at the end)
Sunday: Shoulders (usually a little arms as well to polish me off)

good to see you posting on here man, your progress has always been solid, and you always manage to maintain that bodybuilding look and not get sloppy, whats the current diet been like this off season? i know you were loving your protein and fats!

Thanks. Currently macro's vary but usually in this range as of lately based on hunger demand...240 - 300 grams of protein, 200 - 800 grams of carbs, fats are whatever right now :) If I had to see around 80 - 100 grams.

After 4 days of training, my hunger is usually off the charts, so the carbs jump up on that day. Sunday - Wednesday day hunger is on the lower end, than Thursday - Saturday my hunger seems to come a calling. So, that is why these number do vary. But, I do keep the foods simple...rice, red potatoes, chicken, lean beef, oats (here and there with the oats, not a huge fan), eggs, lots of eggs, whey protein, turkey sausage, peanut butter, spinach, sushi...sushi...sushi...help me ;) My wife eats all the fruit, so I get all the rice and potatoes, lol :) Guys, I can eat rice like no other, I feel good on rice, easy to eat with protein.

And yes, I do enjoy my fats and protein, but as my body has changed, the demand has changed.
