In pain igf lr3 amd des

My third run with these compounds. Combined with 200mg of cypionate per week. It's my 21st day using either lr3 or des over the course of about 8 weeks (due to a new work schedule i train 3x a week max). I've been using 100mcg lr3 pre and 200 des intra (separate, on days i use Lr3 i don't use des). Des in arms only. Mostly biceps, triceps, forearm. Over the course of this run I've had tingling in fingertips, pain in wrists and hand, and pain in my muscles (mostly arms). I'm attributing this to such high doses. I used 200 des my last run but only 50mcg lr3 pre (was my highest). Maybe it's time to stop let my receptors clean out....??
Pain is an ongoing ache. Pretty bad. Considering i just worked out my biceps it's expected but it's not the norm "post workout pain". Thoughts?

Since Friday. Biceps/Arms only. The pain comes and goes. Last night the aching was bad. Really bad. Had me googling symptoms of necrosis and more. Today and tonight no pain. But after my girl came over and one thing leads to another (seriously) there aching again. Idk what to do. If i go to the hospital I'll have to tell them about the pep injections in those sites (des). My pcp will cut my trt. Worried bro. I've used this much des before in my arms (200mcg) but never had this aching pain. I'm going to stop the igf regardless. I've had a good run. I only have about 2 doses left anyway. See if that helps. Its only in arms which points to the des usage as I've used the lr3 in other muscle groups. Any help appreciated brother.

How do you know it's from the des? Have you been doing anything differently with arm training since starting the des? Increased weight considerably etc? We tend to push things when on the supps.

I'm assuming it's the des because that's were i pin it. As for training differently yeah i kill my biceps ands arms so yeah. Could be over training idk. Just from driving and walking the dog my arms ache. I've had a problem keeping them straight (my arms, even tho I'm small 185 pounds) my arms bend a little. So perhaps the tendon and muscle is too tight.
