In Progress...Current Before and "Present" pics

Well let me start by saying i did a few bodybuilding shows in the past...2 bodybuilding in the NABBA in 2004 & 2006 (won the overall at that show and qualified for Junior Nats but didnt compete. I also did Men's Physique in the NPC in 2014. Since then ive decided to go all natural (mostly). And am just on HRT. I absolutely LOVE it, my goal now is just to maintain my current size but get very lean and try and maintain that. Here are a couple before and after (present) pics.

The first pic, what would u say...around 15-18% bodyfat? And second pic is from yesterday. Oh and btw, im 34, 5'10", 190

major kudos bro , lookin freakin awesome. Honestly you I think you have some good muscle bellies / shape because it looks like your on something , you look nice and full but hard at the same time for being so lean.
