Inbound into customs for 3 weeks now

Ordered some telemesartin and metformin from the same company I’ve used for years. Ordered quite a bit and it was sent in two packages a few days apart. First pack went through in one day. Second pack is hanging for some reason for 3 weeks now.
Is there a point where I should consider this lost or is there still a chance I’ll get it?

I order my telmisartan from a sponsor on this board that is overseas from the country I live in, and it can vary depending on customs. Sometimes it may take a little longer and I can tell the packaging has been tampered with and other times it arrives quick without packaging being tampered with. 3 weeks can be normal when dealing with something coming through customs. I would give it a little longer before you reach out to the company.

It’s a 50/50 probably…. No one will be able to give you a definitive answer here… We’ve all been in your shoes at some point or another. Chalk it up as a loss if it hasn’t arrived in a couple months… Then again it may arrive out of the blue! That’s always nice!

Yeah, I've written things off and one day out of the blue it shows up a couple of months later.

Yeah, I received a seizure letter once, but that's all that came of it. My orders are far and few between and are too tinny for anyone to care to put any energy into it other than maybe sending a letter.

Like I said it’s only metformin and Bp pills. All pharma and clearly labeled. I’ve used this company for years with no issues. I was just concerned about it getting lost in customs, not seized.

Well if it’s legit, and it does happen to be seized then you’ll get the CBP letter. It’ll give you all the applicable information to contact them and get your goodies in your hands. Just won’t be a fast process at all!

Customs works like a Herd of Turtles, sometimes they forget to update tracking and it arrives without being updated.

If its from ADC, you can contact them and they will resend after a certain amount of time. And if the original order shows up, they will know from the tracking and ask you to pay for it with a 20% discount. Happened to me recently.

THIS. I had New York customs open my BP, Cholesterol, and Viagra meds. It came from ADC. They just closed it back up and wrote personal use of prescription medications. I received everything. It was about a 6 month supply.

If its from ADC, you can contact them and they will resend after a certain amount of time. And if the original order shows up, they will know from the tracking and ask you to pay for it with a 20% discount. Happened to me recently.

It depends. It probably will eventually come. But if you are going to be buying more anyways, might as well call now and that way if it shows up you are getting a 20% discount.
