Use niacin, not the flush free kind , eat healthy fats like avacados and coconut oil .eat grass fed beef and use a fish oil supplement that is high in EPA and DHA. If that is not helping you than you might have go get on a statin drug like Crestor or if you are using steroids ,especially orals , than take some time off and see how your blood work is

Trying to Increase HDL doesn't necessarily equate to a functional/antiatherosclerosis lipoprotein.
