Has anyone found successful ways of doing this?

I know everyone knows that feeling on a bulk of being bloated, lethargic, etc. Ive been paying A LOT more attention this year to my metabolism of each different kind of food and how it makes me feel so that has helped a lot.

The best thing so far has been cardio 10-20min, 3-4 days a week but still getting that bloated/stopped up feeling from time to time. Thinking about adding a few more short cardio sessions in.

Was just wondering if anyone found a way to somewhat counter this. Ive found that 1 serving of greek yogurt per day helps as well and was thinking about trying some mega-dose acidophilus.

Don't overeat.

This is a good point. Ive been trying to pay attention to when Im hungry and trying to force feed less.

That said, I'll be competing at Jr USAs next year and need to pack on some size so its a fine line...

Water intake is also high which helps a lot

GHRP-6 will definitely mobilize anything inside your gut with 3x the speed.

Take a shot of 100mcg and see what happens ;)

Don't overeat.

Eat slow too. I tend to devour my meals fast. When I take it easy and slow I feel a million times better.

Eat when hungry.

SECOND THIS, a truly quality probiotic will change your life. I like both metegenics ultra flora and LEF's dual encapsulated probiotic

Ive been meaning to dig deeper into this realm but haven't found the time. How did it change your life? Also, did you bother with prebiotics?

Probiotics are great while you're taking them, but I find once you stop the benefits also stop.

WELL ... you are somewhat opening a can of worms... but in brief

this is actually one piece of a larger puzzle that was put together by a functional medicine specialist that i work with. Digestion is the key not only to your physical health but to your mental and emotional health as well. Not many realize the amount of neurotransmitters produced in the gut and the damage that is done to the entire body (including the brain) by in efficient digestion and the resulting inflammation.

my protocol to recovery (form a multitude of physical issues and a severe crippling depression that was being treated with an onslaught of drugs) was to first destroy the bad bacteria in my gut and reduce inflammation then repopulate extensively with good bacteria. on top of this optimizing nutrient levels thru extensive blood testing etc etc. (like i said this is a very brief synopsis of a multi year struggle)

ongoing i take the following and have not only eliminated all anti - depressants for 6 years now but have not even walked into a "normal" doctors office for so much as a head cold

LEF probiotic
LEF d3 with sea iodine
LEF curcumin
LEF fish / krill oil combination
LEF multis
LEF saw palmetto
Iodoral iodine

about twice a year i use caprillic acid as well to kill off harmful bascteria.

honestly after spending many years working on optimizing MY body chemistry its almost comical when i see guys ptiching this or that supplement. its not rocket science...what works BEST FOR YOU is going to be what you are deficient in. For instance i have to take 10000 iu of d3 daily to stay in normal range however it may not do shit for you becasue you may already be fine (you get the point)

the ultimate solution to your physical and mental health is to find a truly COMPETENT functional medicine and be truly analyzed across the board vitamins/minerals/nuerotransmitters/hormones/organ function etc.

this is NOT cheap most of these guys won't participate in health insurance bullshit and you pay out of pocket and file claims yourself, i think the first year i spent prob $20000 total , then thank god my insurance changed and all labs were picked up. As an example on average when i have blood drawn they will take 30-40 tubes of blood...a bit more extensive then your family doc that has no fucking clue what he is doing.

ok...that's the short version.

yes i am a big fan of LEF , also like metagenics and pure encapsulations products but LEF tends to be my go to.

Search on Amazon for LEF deals, I found some deals on vitamin K2 for for 1 deal.

I've battled gut and digestion issues for years. Recently what's worked for me finally is taking in the morning with meal 1 Garlic Root Extract and Acidophilus, then each meal Bromelain and a digestive enzymes. Took. Few weeks to finally work, but once it did I felt 10x better.

Shelby knows how I would get sometimes, esp when adding more carbs. I'd be on the floor in pain. A good digestive enzyme with Amylase and Lipase to help digest fats and carbs, Bromelain helps digest proteins. It's all helped me. It's not cheap, but worth it weight in gold for me.

Timing my eating has helping me... Kinda like someone mentioned above, beaides hammering down a meal quick i kinda have to pace myself. The actual feeling is better this way for me!

Best bet on LEF is to join as a member , i regulary get mail order and email offers for up to 75% off and everything on the site is discounted 10-40% depending on product. The book on disease prevention you get with the membership is more than worth the entire cost. Its basically a functional medicine encyclopedia...everyone interested in their health should have one.

What I have never understood is how do you know if you need 3 billion, 5 billion, 10 billion, or 25 billion organisms with probiotics? I mean...I'd assume the more the better and it would be more expensive but if you are going to do it..why not go full bore?

That book is fantastic. I got it a little over a year ago.
