Can we compare RH IGF-1 (Increlex) to IGF-1 LR3/DES peptides? Absolutely not. IGF-1 LR3/DES were never tested on humans, there's no evidence that they are effective and safe. IGF-1 LR3 is created for IN VITRO use, it works better than insulin or IGF-1 in CELL CULTURE. Assumptions, that it does the same when injected into human body has no scientific back up.
I explained my thoughts on IGF-1 LR3/DES peptides here
. Dear ladies and gents, Gonna be sharing my thoughts on IGF-1 LR3/DES. Many websites selling IGF-1 LR3/DES peptides are referring to SIGMA Aldrich/Repligen websites : "LONG® R3... (1/1)

Basically, we don't know how it works in a human body, what receptors does/can it bind to, anti-bodies, how to test it, what to expect from it.
Many IGF-1 LR3/DES vendors are re-posting materials from studies done on IGF-1 (recombinant human)
The lab producing Insubolic/Qtropin was working on a few substances that were performing great in vitro, the cell culture was showing great anabolic response, one of the substances failed in vivo (albino rats) another substance performed great when it was tested on rats, but didn't show much performance when used on humans.
RH IGF-1 is a molecule identical to the one our body produce, less chances of developing anti-bodies, tons of safety effectiveness research done, can be used long term. Bodybuilding dosages start at 100-200 mcg, kids need higher dosages to see bone growth (10 fold difference)
Why IGF-1 LR3 and not IGF-1 is produced by peptide companies?
It's not easy to develop a strain, it takes money/time and certain knowledge, skills. Then the developed molecule has to be stabilized in a formulation you created. Then you need to scale up. Every stage is very expensive.
