I’m getting my surgery done next week, it’s laparoscopic, I think, with a mesh put in. Just curious to know how quick u guys recovered and what you did to recover successfully but also return to the gym. Any tips and suggestions appreciated. Meds post surgery, how long to wait to go back to the gym, any supps, pain killers? 🙂

I had this surgery back in April, the double whammy that sucked is it was 6 weeks after i had hip surgery and it was on the same side. I have seen some guys on here that say the surgery was not to bad for them, honestly i thought it sucked balls, lol, i had it for approx 10 years but had very little problems with it, then 1 night before bed it starting protruding out more, i reduced it then it came back with vengeance and i was in severe pain, went to the ER, got CT then on for emergent surgery. Mine was very low close to femoral artery i have a scar that is 2.5-3 inches long. The first 7 days or so was the worse as far as pain, when it came to eating i just about lived off of scrambled eggs and oats, i ate small meals 300 calories for the first 7-10 days, more than that and i would get nauseated and start getting constipated. I was advised not to pick anything up over 10-15 pounds for 6 weeks, i followed that advise as i did not want to take a chance and be back in there getting cut again, i did take some pain meds but mostly at bedtime i think for the first week.

I had this last year in march. Mine was an open surgery which is more invasive and longer recovery. So i was out of work for four weeks, though if you have a desk job you might be able to go back after 1 week. Was in a lot of pain the first week, couldn't do a #2 for a few days because i couldn't push. My cock and balls turned black and blue, just a heads up in case you get that, its not unusual. As far as gym goes, took off the rest of march, april and may. Went back in june, just did real light weight for june july august. Then in september started gradually adding weight on everything.

With a laparoscopic surgery i think you will recover quicker and have a better time with it than i did. I was just being really cautious as i didn't want to tear anything. Not sure if there was anything i could have done to speed up the process of healing, i just let time do its thing.

I had this surgery when i was 18. It was not laporoscopic but I was young and I recovered very quickly. I ate moderate sized meals and stayed away from the gym for 2 weeks. Went I went back I started training with moderate weight for a month but picked up the intensity and weight after that. Never had a recurrence. I was 18 and primed to heal so I don't know if this applies to your situation, but it was my experience, I hope you recover well, whichever course you take.

What are your guys thoughts on using mk677/hgh post surgery? In terms of recovery

Been 15 years so I don't remember the details perfectly, but I got the surgery on a Friday, and was back to work on Monday (not advised, just didn't have any paid time off accumulated).

I think I was back to the gym doing light stuff in a couple weeks. You'll probably get some vicodin; just don't get hooked and remember to up your fiber and keep a laxative on hand since opioids plug you up.

I don't have any knowledge of whether or not peptides will help... I would think so, but then again, this laparoscopic surgery really isn't that rough.

I had the surgery Monday 8 days ago. It was open not lapro. I went to the gym today and I felt ok. Didn’t do any mid section or lower body. Didn’t go heavy either. Benched around 100lbs I felt ok. No pain . I’m just scared I might rip something. The mesh or stitches. As far as pain is concerned that’s fine it’s just ripping anything

I had the old fashioned surgery 30 years ago. Had it on Friday then went out for lunch
and went back to work on Monday.
