I start my diet today 5 months before the Southern States, 7% BF "BY PARRILLO PERFORMANCE" at 260 pounds.
M,W and Friday are high carbs days: 8 meals: 400gr.protein, 400gr carbs, 30 gr fats . 3500 cals.
T,T,S and Sunday: low carbs days: 560 gr. protein, 210 gr. carbs, 38 gr. fats. 3450 cals.
Cero aerobics!!!!

Iwill let you know all the changes in the diet and progresses...

Why 5 months out???, how far is this from your normal diet, if you are at 7% surely you don't have that far to go and given your experience and knowledge slice up in 8 to 12 weeks, is it not as if you are coming down from 12 to 15% BF

I want to get ready in the first week of July but i always start dieting 5 moths before to gain more muscle mass at the same time i loose bf.
I think i will be ready with 235 at 2.6%, last year in october i competed with 224.5 pounds with 2.6%, it will be 10 pounds of progress in only 8 months if evry thing results. I want to compete again in the heavy weght class bc i dont have time to look big like the guys of the super heavy class, but i am going to weight in on friday a little dehidrate with 225 pounds and eat all night and drink water to get my real competition weight for the saturday precountest . It works to me a lot of times in my last competitions when i was a lightheavyweight.

Routine: i split the body in 3 parts , back-biceps-traps-l.back, 7 to 10 days rest, 7 to 10 days rest, cuads-hams-calves, 7 to 10 days rest, shoulders-chest-triceps. Only Super Slow hit training no aerobics

It comes from differents foods like the diet i posted for a 240 pounds man
