I start my diet today 5 months before the Southern States, 7% BF "BY PARRILLO PERFORMANCE" at 260 pounds.
M,W and Friday are high carbs days: 8 meals: 400gr.protein, 400gr carbs, 30 gr fats . 3500 cals.
T,T,S and Sunday: low carbs days: 560 gr. protein, 210 gr. carbs, 38 gr. fats. 3450 cals.
Cero aerobics!!!!
