Inj. B-6

Has anyone ever heard of injectable B-6?
I read somewhere where it is much better than tablet form which from what I read was nearly useless.
If anyone knows if there is any truth to this, please post.

i know that b-12 injections are far more effective than pill form and since the solubilities of B vitamins are all very similar i can only assume than injections of any b vitamin will be a more effective delivery than pills. likely, large amounts of any b vitamin will just be flushed out by the kidneys if taken orally. this is just my guess though, hopefully someone else will be able to shed a little more light on the subject.

yeh, im wondering the same thing, if u find it let me know, i just bought some b6 from gnc, taking about 400mg a day, using that to get rid of some prolactin gyno, but in the mean time id love to find inj b6.

Any vitamin is virtually more potent when injected than swallowed.

I remember reading a while back a study about the pronounced anti-catabolic & fat loss effects of high doses inj vit C (mainly due to a huge decrease in cortisol levels)... compared to poor results of the same amounts administered orally.

I would try it myself (vit C), but I've yet to see a laboratory that

1/ manufactures it
2/ produces it for the general public and not only hospitals
