infusions are what is common not what is best.

I’ve used LK’s stuff for years and it can go anywhere. IM or Sub q was fine even up to 2ml.

infusion would usually mean IV and very high dose.
there can be reasons for this but for the the applications we are looking for i feel there are smarter ways to use it.

also glut is no joke and high dose can have side effects:lightbulb:

I do 100mg day glutathione (.50 mL) mixed with MIC/Vitamin B-12 blend (.5 mL) sub-q

The glutathione and MIC blend really helps with Liver function and health.

Shot some in rear delt (.5cc) was fine. Shot 1cc in leg. Fkn hurt lol. Had to do .5cc in one spot and pull out to do another .5cc in another spot.

May just grab LK3 and say fk it. Grabbed two bottles of the RH stuff.
