It has nothing to do with muscle growth, except that the body is only one and it is all interconnected.

the oral version is not even close to the injectable

Probably not a whole lot of difference. Orally ingested glutathione is mostly a waste, but from what literature I can find, 200mg orally s-actyl glut for 7 days was almost effective as 1400mg IV once.

Also for some reason there is a lot of literature on oral SAG treating liver inflammation and disease in dogs
