I have started LC this year and it’s an absolute game changer. Start off with about 600mg about an hour before your workout (with carbs) for about 2 weeks. Then you can go down to 300 and stay on that as long as you want. Great thread on here by Bboy and go to YouTube and look up the presentation by Alex Kiekel. Long and WAY too in-depth but you can scroll through it and get the major parts.

i have used alot of Synthetek L carn and shot at times 3ml into musclegroups with 0 issue, sometimes a shot goes wrong and you get some pip but overall no issue.

I had a home recipe for a painless version, but I only used it for a week.
There are some less painful versions out. Maybe there's a buffer? Idk.

I do my own and have for years, too easy to make to do anything else. ~600 mg preworkout is my usual dosing. At this point it's just too cheap to not do.

So much more cost effective when brewing your own. I can't tell you how many batches I've made over the past several years. Anywhere from 400mg-800mg/ml. I typically brew up 500ml at a time.

Who’s going with oil based vs water based?

The oil version I had was pretty good, had no pip, but was a bit odd to pin with my other oils as the oil based l carnitine seems to be a bit thicker than usual oil used wit gear. It would leave the syringe looking molasses looking and would leave some hardness/almost scare tissue feeling after pinning.

I also used a water based version of it but believe the ph level in the bac water was off and would leave some pretty serious burning/pip afterwards. Even cutting it with half a ml of bac water would still leave burning post pinning. Overall was a cheap water based version I found online. So probably try water based again at some point.

Personally at the end of the day I didn’t really care for either, maybe will try water based again from a known vendor, but after my experience with it this far, it’s not exactly my first choice of a injectable fat burner.

So I can either brew my own or buy more bottles. Leaning into the brewing my own.

I used syntheke a few years ago and it was absolutely painless, worked great. Started doing my own up because it’s something I now use every single day, it’s that good. Mine knots up a bit so it’s not nearly as good as syntheke but I use 1g a day when dieting so it’s more affordable for me
