injectable l carnitine

I ordered some l-carnitine that is supposed to be injectable form. When I got it it was just powder in a sealed 60ml vial. Now what should I add to make it into injectable form? I dont have enough bac water, but I heard someone say distilled water works. Any help would be great, thanks
