that's true for most site-injections. i think a lot of the 'size' is from inflammation. my delts held oil really well, 3cc's in the rear and 2cc in the area where the front and medial heads seperated twice a week and still had striations, but 2cc in the bicep ("outside" head) blurred seperation and especially the 'split'. took a while before it came back. i attribute that to the muscle being inflammed i guess. (all done with a 1.5" 23ga btw) if i were to use fillers, it'd be like 1/4-1/2cc at a time "away" from a workout, as id be afraid of shooting, then doing a workout and 'squeezing/displacing' some of the filler, same if i did it after a workout and the muscle was still "pumped/swollen/inflamed" and when the swelling went down it could displace some of the filler... maybe flawed logic, but i'd want the filler to kinda 'settle' into an area and not be squeezed out of the muscle. if any of that makes sense.

I always did the Syntherol right before my workout on days I did workout to maximize the pump. Like I said I kept some lasting results in my forearms but not the short run in my biceps.

what happened to milos could've happened with any oil-based injectable, just get a little into the bloodstream and you're fucked. it's also possible he IV'd something and OD'd as well. who knows. milos isn't a stranger to drugs or risky behavior in general.

While that is true, I have to think the chances are far far higher when injecting tons of oil into these small muscles with things like the brachial artery nearby compared to injecting small amounts of AAS into your quads or glutes for example. That's what scares me.
