Injection Did not reach Muscle

Hello i injected 1ML of Tren Ace and 1.5ML of Test P from same syringe yesterday. Obviously it was to big or an angle cause it did not reach the muscle and there is a huge knot. Is there a way to drain it? I have seem pics of a person with huge dark indention's where this happened to him and im a little weary. Please give me some kind of advise. Thanks
