For those of you injecting testosterone intramuscularly everyday to every other day.

PIN SIZE. I typically use 25" x 1" a little nervous to use anything deeper. I typically use 2mL volume (testosterone + anabolic).

SITES. My upper outer glutes have some scar tissue. I can feel the resistance pushing the needle in and injecting. I have been starting to migrate towards the vent glute area and upper outer thighs (tensor fascia lata ??). I have used my lats but its weird as fuck.

I've heard of guys using chest, and I'd probably do that when on my TRT using a slin pin, but for a cycle I'm injecting 250mg higher volumes more frequently.

Get some 1ml syringes w a lock tip. 30g .5” pin
You could use a 3ml but it’s easier to push through a 30g with a 1ml

Lats are good but get the ol lady to do it.

I’d say quads but for some reason my last handful of shots there were wonky so I’m giving them a break
 
I pin triceps outer and lateral heads, rear delts and side delts, all with a 30g 1 inch pin. And ventro glutes with a 25 1.5. Side delts are pretty crunchy these days with scar tissue build up
 
For glutes I switch to 1.5 there's 3 spots on the shoulder but i don't put more than 1ml at a time, i do 2 spots on my chest and 2 spots on my triceps, but again i do only 1ml at a time! Glutes is the only spot i put up to 2.5ml
 
Always used 25g 1 for pretty much everything, planning to switch to 30 0.5 (because I can't find 30 1 in EU), but isn't 0.5 a bit too shallow if doing more than >1ml
 
I use 27gx5/8 for pretty much everything now, only 1ml per site at a time in delts, rear delts, upper pecs, lats, ventro glute, outer head of tris and sometimes biceps.
I don’t pin glutes anymore but when i did, it was always 25gx1
 
For me:

Lower body
DG 1.5”
VG, top of quad, side of quad 5/8”
Hip flexor .5”

Upper body
Side delt 1”
Front delt 1”
Tricep .5”
Chest 5/8”
Lat 5/8”

Counting left and right thats 20 different injection sites for a great rotation.. also consider the fact that you can inject in multiple spots per muscle so theoretically way more.

all of those are pretty good up to 1.5 cc
shoot bilateral thats 3cc ed each spot can take

i have injected lots of things aas and others thats how.
 
Fuck using biceps and calves, not worth the pain and aggravation!!!

Chest and traps are super easy!

This. Also agree with his injection spots but like to use tris on top of those listed.
 
25g 1" 1ml barrel for everything except glutes, I use a 23g 1" because it's easier to push the plunger and probably much less scar tissue due to vigorous shaking while pushing through a 25g in such an awkward position. I rotate:

Right rear delt
Right upper lat
Right VG
Left rear delt
Left upper lat
Left VG
Left glutes (never touch my right due to scar tissue)
Right side delt
Right lower lat
Right quad
Left side delt
Left lower lats
Left quads
Left glutes

You can also split quads into two locations (upper/middle). I do my Glutathione shots in my rectus femoris and chest.

Everything gets hit once every 14 days. I mostly use high concentration gear/long esters so I'm currently doing 0.55ml/day on 1500mg test decanoate and 150mg NPP.
 
I pin Ed. My volume never exceeds 1ml. I pin with a bd insuline syringe 12mm, upper, lower,mid ventro and inner outer gluteus maximus. I am very lean so if I bend over and pin my glute max I think I go shallow IM even with this size,I can feel the oil getting in smooth and fast,so I assume it's muscle not fat. Either ways ,could be shallow IM could be subq , never had any side effects and labs show great numbers always. With my setup I have zero pain,zero scar tissue build up. I heat my vial before drawing with the insiline syringe or else it takes forever. I used to pin everything, chest,lats, delts, triceps, quads and I am never going back to it. Glutes for me it's the best spot,painless injections,huge muscle , which can easily stand any oil volume.

Me too and I rotate in quads. So that’s one injection per body part per month.
 
I like to make sure I Pin a muscle that’s not getting worked that day. Rotate side delt, rear delts, lats, and glutes. Triceps once in a blue moon, not a huge fan

Have you found that pinning the same muscle before a workout is a bad idea too? what about pinning it postworkout, have you had any good/bad experiences with that?

what have you found to work best in terms of decreasing soreness and PIP?

this goes for everyone
