What's up bro, I pin test propionate every other day, for steady blood levels. You could pin everyday. Depends on how much of a pin cushion you wanna be.

I'd just do the prop on your next scheduled pin day. Then every day or every other day after the switch.

Dens is correct here, that's what i would do aswell, unless your already over a gram a week now. Even if your on long esters of test you can throw in short esters at anytime. Chances are your t 400 already had like 50mg of prop already.

Shit I use to shoot 1 ml test E on a Monday then 1.5 ml of prop on Saturday. Used this method for 20 weeks and worked well.
