i strained my neck and upper back last saturday when i was partner stunting and my flier fell on me and now i can't deadlift, shrug, or do any other kind of pulling movement. i'm already getting heat and estyme treatment but i was wondering what else i could do to speed up recovery and if there's anything i can do to keep my pulling muscles strong? i can still squat and bench fine, but yesterday when i was doing speed deadlifts it hurt just to lock out 275. so is there anything i can do or should i just not do any kind of pulling for a few weeks?
