ok ...been lifting weights for 15years with no injuries so i guess im due. today while incline benching on the smith as i came down i felt a slight pull at the insertion point between pec and shoulder. i have complete mobility, its just that one area i described feels, tender and sore. i took some motrin to keep the swelling down.
what do you guys think in terms of how long i should not bench to allow the area to heal?
just so you guys know my form is always spot on as i dont believe in cheating with sloppy form to move any weight.
