i was wondering,, how many of you snapped a tendon and how you recovered from it mentaly. my biceps used to be my pride and joy. snapp then my mind has not been right since. i can't seem to route my workout around them(bicep's). first a bad back & now my arm.... i just want to know how you guys may have recovered from this type of injury. i think often of that guy that blew his rectum out doing legg press or squat's (you can search for pics ,,but i warn you of ther graphic nature) and if he ever got back on his feet..just wondering
