I just played my first hockey game of the season, and no joke I can't even walk, my inner thighs are fucking destroyed...I've never worked my inner thighs before in my training program, is it worth it to start? Does anyone do them? I mean it was so bad I had to drive home with my left leg out the window cause that's how much pain I was in, not even kidding

Yes you should train them and yes they hurt like hell when you do.

A lot of people squat wrong and these muscles don't get trained enough,but even if so competitive sports make us just hit every muscle harder.lol.mano a Mano .peace
 
Abductor work can improve your squat. I'd add in supplementary work to hit that area every other week at least.
 
Yep. I try to hit them on days that I put more focus on hamstrings. And the pain with these is the "damn it hurts, but feels so good".
