anyone else having problems with them?? i only got 1 out of my 4 parts ordered!!! and they have yet to respond to any of my emails....what should i do???? i need these for pre contest like yesterday!!!

Good luck I have tried placing several orders and it comes up with an error everytime at the end. I also have tried several times to email them with no responce. It sucks prepping for a show and not getting what you need.

How are you paying? Everytime I try to pay it gives me an error code at the end no matter which card I use.

thats great they have their "cart" ready because until i get my COMPLETE order i consider them scammers and seems like i am not the only one that has had this happen!!! either they fix the problem and get me the rest of my order and everyone elses or they should NOT be a board sponsor anymore. if i do not hear from them tomorrow i am contacting Big A with the situation.

i totally agree with joshbarnett. they took money out of my bank account for an order they haven't filled yet and can't even email me to say when i will receive it? thats bull....as far as im concerned they are scammers and if i dont get my items soon im calling the bank, labeling the dam charge a fraud, getting my money back from the bank and letting the bank go after their bullshit organization!!!

I believe an email reply with an explination is in order at least when an order is delayed like that. "out of stock" on the page could help also
