Ok, I plan on starting my next cycle, and if anyone has some helpful input I would greatly appreciate it.

I am going to use test, eq, tren, igf1 & pMGF

I plan on starting with the test & eq for the first 2 weeks at 400mg-500mg and 200mg

Weeks 3-6 I am going to do 500-600mg test and 400mg eq, and start the igf1 & pMGF. Going to do them both E3D, but to give myself atleast 12 hours between shots as per the suggestion I have read from Grunt and others. I am going to take my ifg in 4 shots at 12.5mcg each (as per Gavin's posts, 50mcg a day, each bottle gives me 2 days of shots), and going to do the pMGF at 250mcg E3D

Week 7-14 I am going to run 750mg test with the igf at the same dosages as posted above and add 100mg tren EOD.

Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I am more interested in what your diet and training regimine look like. All the gear and peptides won't make you big if your diet is out of whack? Here are some questions:

1. What are your stats?
2. What is the macro's for your diet? Ratios as well?
3. How many meals are you eating?
4. What does your rest look like?
5. Traing split?
6. What supplements are you using?
7. What is your history with aas?


These are more interesting and without knowing these, nobody can make any suggestions on what to do or how you'll do. Looking forward to your replies!!

32 6'2 250, maybe 18-20% (never accurately measured it)

I have yet to figure out my macros as I am going to go over it with a pro who works out at my gym. Right now I am able to eat 3-4 meals a day along with shakes to fill in where I need it. Being that I am a contractor and on the road a lot, it is hard to have a meal every 4 hours.

Right now I am very simple with supps...NO-Xplode, multivitamins and protein. I will this will change when I get on. One of the reasons I am going to go over it with someone to get it all working together.

As for my history, what I listed above I will be able to handle without a problem. This will be my first time doing IGF1 and pMGF, but for the test eq & fina, no problem at all :)

I was out of the gym for a while, 3 years, due to a motorcycle accident that fucked me up pretty good. I got back into the gym a year ago after blowing up to a cheeseburger short of 300 pounds. About 4 months ago I did a short 8 week cycle of of some test. Before my accident I was about 235 at around 10%. I know I am going to have a problem with my legs because I will not be able to do squats due to the fact that I have had a total of 3 ankle surgeries in the past 4 years, with another one due that I am putting off until after the summer.
