He has the sunken in (facial) cheeks of someone who has taken getting shredded to the limit. Very impressive!

Dorian used to get those lines around his cheekbones in some of his Olympia. I've also seen these cheekbone lines in men who are HIV positive. I believe one or some of the drugs used to combat the virus affect body fat distribution so their faces are affected.

Pretty sure in bodybuilders it’s called starving yourself on a shitload of androgens. That’s the technical name.

That's exactly right. Its called Lipodystrophy. It the main reasons they get prescribed hgh, to prevent wasting and correct some of fat disdistrution. There daily doses of gh can get up something like 18 iu daily, which is crazy

He doesn't look nearly as freakish as he did when he was pale. He looks a lot smaller in these recent photos.

Interesting. Did a quick search and it seems like some medications used for HIV cause this. Specifically Stavudine.

Makes you wonder if bodybuilders were or are utilizing this for some sort of fat loss effect

He looks crazy good in all the pictures here. Obviously he has taken it to whole new level here with his conditioning. I was just making a sincere obsevation that he looked even more impressive, jaw dropping in those first set of pic pictures in his hotel room. I guess I could of worded it better as not to offended anyone. That's was not my intentions..
