Tried out the Reeves deadlifts but did my own variation, I guess...without the shrug at the top. I paused every rep on the floor momentarily, and made sure I pulled thru my shoulder blades (rather than using my lower back or legs). It doesn't take much weight to be very effective.
It's a good exercise, I'll definitely be incorporating it regularly. Thanks guys.
