as above can you reccommend something fast acting, I am sure there is,something that makes you go for a poop in like 1015 mins?

I am thinking it is something to do with my increased veg intake atm that likely slows thyroid down? the other day watched a video of Centopani and he eats a crown of broccoli with each meal,wandrered whether that is too much for the above reason,but then figured out he is boiling it so it is not too much of nutrients and what not,he also points out that is also for alkalising reasons

get yourself a good suppository and you will have to strap yourself to the toilet bowl for blast off. Always hit me within half hr.
 
Lutalyse. Forskollin(sp) and arganine 500mg/1000mg gave me a serious case of bubble guts.

try some coffee or black chocolate, it works for me
 
Phenolphthalein,Suppositories Glycerol,or drink a bottle of milk with empty stomach.

100-150gms of greens like broc,brussel sprouts/spinach/kale not enough per meal?? especially including the these dark green ones?? way too much shitload of all these nutrients.. I feel it is slowing thyroid down as they not only make me fart but also constipated,
maybe I should boil/steam them and add yougurt? will it affrect my thyroid this way?

Light streaming or cooking of brocolli will neutralize the chems that could possibly effect thyroid production. This is according to Andrew Weil the nutrition guru with the crazy beard.
 
Magnesium Citrate usually comes in a little green glass bottle, and would be considered the nuclear option if you absolutely must have a bowel movement. Make sure your calendar is clear for the day and also wear the brown pants.

you couldn't eat enough greens to even come close to a
reasonable amount of "nutrients" from them.

you would need garbage bags full.

This stuff is deadly. It's liquid Epsom salt. It hits quicker on an empty stomach. Your bowel movements will be nearly clear water by the time it's over.

Why do you think your thyroid is slowing? I dont understand what you are saying.

You can pretty much eat limitless greens without harm. If you are increasing your vegetable consumption then your body will go through a detox and you will have some stomach discomfort. But you should be having an easy time going to the bathroom from all the added fiber. Give it time and be consistent if you are changing your diet. Dont go switching things all over the place.

True this! They use this before a colonoscopy. You better be ready with no travel plans that day. You will be squeaky clean in the end. :p

well if you look at the micronutrients content it ADDS UP for the day(not to mention it blows all these RDAs) you will see what I am talking about.. I really am not a fan in overdosing in any of these,do not see the point especially around workout times... not just because of studies or even what John Meadoes was talking about.. I eat I dare to say very clean.. too much of these anti inflamattories I do not need.. every meal has veg in it ,looking for something with low micronutrients like green beeans

heard about that one hence why I came to that conclusion, but I am not regular when I add too much veg
what are these chemicals in raw veg that slow down the thyroid?

I've seen your meals in the WYE thread and you are not eating as much of these greens as I do, I just find them a bit more filling

i eat them for the fiber.....they have almost ZERO micro nutrient
benefits....
