instant diuretic/laxative

steaming or boiling you say?
heard about that one hence why I came to that conclusion, but I am not regular when I add too much veg
what are these chemicals in raw veg that slow down the thyroid?

as above can you reccommend something fast acting, I am sure there is,something that makes you go for a poop in like 1015 mins?

I am thinking it is something to do with my increased veg intake atm that likely slows thyroid down? the other day watched a video of Centopani and he eats a crown of broccoli with each meal,wandrered whether that is too much for the above reason,but then figured out he is boiling it so it is not too much of nutrients and what not,he also points out that is also for alkalising reasons


Idk what it is but I'm sure there is something out there lol. Watched Rammy walk into the bathroom at the Olympia and one of his teammates brought him something. He scarfed it down in a corner and proceeded to blow up the toilet a minute or two later. Not sure if the two are related but definitely made me wonder what it was
 
Magnesium Citrate usually comes in a little green glass bottle, and would be considered the nuclear option if you absolutely must have a bowel movement. Make sure your calendar is clear for the day and also wear the brown pants.

RDA is a minimum a person needs to not become depleted. You basically want as many greens as possible. And the antiinflammatory effect from them is great for you. It's like OP is saying that he doesn't want to be too healthy. I highly doubt you will ever eat enough vegetable for long enough to have any negative impact on your body. Read a nutrition book.

and does this book say WHEN too much antioxidants become PROoxidants?? at what level?? too much antiinflammatories are not good.. it is like eating oily fish every dat for a prolonged period.. just watch out if you cut yourself shaving to know whether the fat ratios are right and working...

with your EXTENSIVE dieting knowledge i thought you would know this...??

The more veggies the more fiber and the easier the it should be to poop. It sounds like you are equating you GI problems with slow thyroid for some reason. A high fiber diet reduces colon cancer. So I would continue to eat you veggies and your GI issue should resolve. Stay consistent.
