Dorian Yates said this about instinctive training. "I don't believe in instinctive training. When I see 500 pounds on the bar, my instincts tell me to go home." My point is, we can label any training idea or theory any words we want to, but the bottom line is, are we getting stronger? Are we continuing to get more muscle mass and leaner? Is this a routine that I can live with for a LONG time on an everyday or nearly everyday basis? Lets not try to overstate the obvious. Are these trainers with all of this newfound knowledge big themselves? Are these guys 260? 300? Do not be scammed guys, keep it simple and do not fall for shortcuts. Lift heavy, eat healthy, take your supplements, and you will grow accordingly. We cannot all be 300 pounds, nor should we be. If you try to put a square peg in a round hole, there will be some things falling off eventually. You need to write things down, chart your progress, try cutting, adding, do whatever you can do to see what works for you. EXPERIMENT. Just because Muscle and Fitness or Flex says something, doesn't mean that it is true (they often make-up the pros' routines). Just because someone on here says so also, doesn't mean that it is true for you.
