So I'm about 9 weeks into my offseason but just been crusing on 175mg of test e post show. About to ramp it up with new compounds I've never tried before Qtropin (HGH)and Insubolic (human Recombinant IGF1). Excited to see what kind of solid weight I can throw on, on top of my AAS.
Gear -
Test E - 500mg/wk
Primo E 500mg/wk
Hgh (Qtropin) - 4iu daily
IGF1(insubolic) 200mcg daily preworkout
Cardio - 15min HIIT a few times a week just to keep heart and glucose healthy.
Diet
I've been working with Justin Harris since my show earlier in the year, first offseason with him. Its a carb cycling style diet.
Current weight is 211.2 lbs (5'9) first thing in the morning. I will try and get some current photos and post, fluffy for me but I feel like my body grows best this way. Over the years I kept it tight(not over 8-9% bf) and saw little to no improvement so time to go back to old school.
Training split
3 days on, 1 day off.
