First off im not a first time user of slin and i am completely aware of all the risks involved, i just needed some input on some different protocols that i have read recently.
The original way was PWO around 10iu and lots of carbs.
This new protocol is for preworkout still the same amounts but you forcefeed essential amino acids pre and during the workout along with dextrose during and maltodextrin before. I have been trying out the new protocol along with a pocket full of glucose just in case. Just wondering if anyone has heard of this method and if it has any better effects than just using PWO
