i've already done as much research as i could find on here. read everything by gavin and others. and i want to use insulin for the first time. i'm competing in the jr nats in june, and have about 7 more weeks of bulking. just raised my cals from around 3500 to over 5000, to try to put on some weight. my stats are:
29yrs old
202lbs
5' 7 1/2"
around 15-18% bf
8 yrs of AAS usage
3 yrs of competing
i'll be taking humalog and for the next 7 weeks. i'll be on 750mg test blend, 400 EQ/week. i'm trying to get up to around 215-220 before cutting. and i'll be competing at 176lbs. i was planning to start out with 2 iu post workout/training days. which will be mon, wed, and fri. i'm training doggcrapp principles during this time. my question is, i don't know how much i should go up, and how fast? it's one thing to read all the info i could find, but i'd rather get some more PERSONALIZED advise, from knowing more about me and my goals. thanks ahead of time for the help.
