Ok this is just a idea but to me it sounds logical but it might be flawed.

The idea is cant slin be used to aid in fat loss.

Say regular you consume 100g dextrose and 50g protein post workout. With that big ammount of carbs some of it might turn into fat right.

But if you add 5-6 iu of slin post workout then most of those carbs will get absorbed leaving less to stimulate the fat cells.

Is that logic flawed(and I now assume that the rest of the diet is spot on and no fat after the slin injection).

The low ammount of slin wont be enough to fuck upp insulin sensitivity(atleast I assume so) and cant by that mean lead to more fat gains.
 
yeah and you can also take not enough carbs and go into a coma
 
You shouldn't get fatter from taking in sugars post workout becaused they are utilized, hence, that's why you consume them. If you are getting fatter, take in less carbs. I wouldn't reccomend fucking with slin for the first time if you have to watch the amount of carbs you ingest. Trust me when I say you are better off overshooting the amount than underdosing.

have been fooling around a bit with slin while bulking and a tiny bit while cutting so have some experience with it.

Does slin in resonable dosages(less then 8iu, 2-3 times a week post workout)have any negative impact on fat loss if no fat is consumed 2 hours before and 5 hours after the slin shot(using novorapid wich is a tad bit faster then humalog)?
 
Insulin spikes can stop fat mobilisation dead for a fair time afterward

Current nutrition thinking leaves off postworkout carbs and lets simple whey and water do the job because the insulin spike from this is enough to blunt of the catabolism and the protein starts the repair job off.

Most cutting diets reduce carbs as an effective fat loss measure - this being the case a slight glycogen defecit that is refilled slowly will maximise fat loss - especially if that deficit is never fully made up - so over a week the amount is depeleted so the body has to tap fat stores for energy but doesnt have to use muscle tissue - and then you refill on a one day carb up - and then deplete over the week.

The idea is this maximises fat loss and minimises risk to muscle - using slin will necessitate carbs and flies in the face of this process.

Personally I think exogenous slin use causes a change in fat deposition patterns that favours deposition around the internal organs and behind the abdomen risking that lovely distended belly look.
